Real-time network security agent that tails Pi-hole DNS query logs, classifies domains with a trained CNN–LSTM model, and automates defensive response — Pi-hole null routes, Suricata non-blocking ruleset reloads via Unix socket, and optional Telegram alerts. Includes a synthetic DGA training pipeline, pytest suite, and cross-platform mock mode.
Architected a network-wide IDS utilizing Suricata. Developed a Python monitoring agent to parse eve.json logs, enabling real-time threat intelligence and automated alerting via the Telegram API.
Deployed Pi-hole as an enterprise-grade DNS sinkhole to govern local network traffic. Mitigated tracking telemetry and advertisements, optimizing bandwidth and enforcing strict network privacy policies.
